Phunlaxxzyhloxex provides professional image consulting services including color analysis, style consulting, and wardrobe audits. As these are personalized consultation services delivered in real-time, they are non-tangible and cannot be returned in the traditional sense.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business:

• 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling available
• 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund or free rescheduling
• Less than 24 Hours: No refund, but rescheduling may be available for a fee
• No-Show: Full consultation fee is forfeited

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include:

• A complimentary follow-up session to clarify recommendations
• Additional guidance or resources at no extra charge
• A partial refund in exceptional circumstances

Rescheduling Appointments

We offer flexible rescheduling options:

• First rescheduling is always free with 48+ hours notice
• We accommodate emergency situations on a case-by-case basis
• Multiple rescheduling requests may incur an administrative fee

Emergency Circumstances

We recognize that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you compassionately to find a solution, which may include full rescheduling or refund regardless of notice period.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased for our services:

• Are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• Are non-refundable but fully transferable
• Can be extended beyond expiry date for a small administrative fee
• May be applied toward any of our services

Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive email confirmation once processed
• Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days)

Digital Materials and Guides

Style guides, color palettes, and other digital materials provided during consultations are final upon delivery. As these are personalized, custom-created resources, they are non-refundable once provided. However, if there are errors or you have questions about the materials, we will gladly provide clarification or corrections at no charge.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer law.
